If you do not see your health insurance listed above but have PPO plan under a different plan please contact your insurance company to check your out-of-network coverage for chiropractic care. 

For patients not using insurance, our rates are included below: 

Initial Consultation: $160 

Follow-Up Appointment: $105

Military Discount (Initial Consultation & Follow-Up Appointments): $90

We also accept HSA, FSA, and HRA for payment.
